Well done Men's 1st team. Here's to another 28 years of battering the opposition! Peter Berry - I trust you are keeping well mate. We went down to Leamington in '77, won Div 2 in '78, got relegated in '79 (stitched up by our South London rivals) re-built in '80, got promoted in '81 and proceeded from there. Sutton are back in Div 1 now - I'll have to go and have a lie down, the thought of it is enough to bring down the red mist. Regards PK

This is Charles Mock from Malta thanking you kindly for your support during my operation, I know Penguin were kept informed by Malcolm Cromer. I am now well on the road to recovery. Also I want to thank you for your news on the Penguin web site and follow up for the award I received from Malta Olympic Committee to become a member to the Hall of Fame. In my speech on presentation I quoted that this award would not have been possible without the help I received from many of the players and officials whom I encountered throughout my career, especially in waterpolo and this includes my friends from Penguin.

Is it really twenty eight years since we last went down? I remember it well - I think our last game was at Leamington and we were well beat. We started the last quarter (thanks to the ref) with only five players. Still we soon came back up to Div 1. So good luck Penguins against Poly.

It's very emotional for me seeing all those old friends in the photo section from the 50s and 60s. Mike Rogers, Terry Bushell, Pete Richardson, Bhudda Randal etc, etc. And what of Dave Stanborough and Kenny Power ? Such great blokes - all of them I hope some of them look in and remember me.
