Well done to the Penguin men’s team who held on to our place in the National League top flight with a 13-7 win over Division Two runners-up Polytechnic in the play-off at Loughborough University yesterday.
The game was fairly even during the first two quarters, when we were leading 5-3. Then we eased clear by winning the third, 6-1.
The whole team played well but Peter Csorgo was key to our success, finishing with six goals.
This means we retain an unbroken presence in Division One dating back to 1982.
We even made it onto Water Polo World!
